Jacques Demarcq le rauschenberg

Born in 1946, Jacques Demarcq lives in Paris, or travels. His career includes stints as a postal worker, journalist, literature professor, collaborator of TXT magazine, art critic, radio producer, senior editor, design instructor. He remains a writer and translator. Recent publications include Les Zozios (2008), Avant-taire (2013),  and translations of E. E. Cummings, Gertrude Stein, Andrea Zanzotto at éditions Nous.  Nervaliennes appeared under Corti's imprint in 2010, and Rimbaldiennes at l’Atelier de l’agneau in 2015. Other translations of Cummings were published by Clémence Hiver, Seghers, and La Nerthe.
